Our "Love Your Song" Guarantee
Because Sing It For You creates custom digital products that cannot be "returned" or resold, we operate under a strict No Refund Policy once production has begun. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
When Refunds Are Possible
- Before Production: If you change your mind within 2 hours of ordering and we haven't started your song, we will issue a full refund.
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your song within the promised timeframe (excluding delays caused by missing customer information), you are eligible for a refund.
Revisions vs. Refunds
Since music is subjective, we do not offer refunds based on "taste" or creative preference. Instead, we offer one free round of revisions to fix:
- Mispronounced names.
- Incorrect factual details.
- Audio quality issues.
Stripe Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a dispute with Stripe before contacting our support team slows down the resolution process. In the event of a dispute, we provide Stripe with proof of digital delivery and the terms agreed upon at checkout. We prefer to work with you directly to make sure you are happy with your music!
