Sing It For You provides custom-written and recorded digital songs based on user-provided details. All products are delivered as digital audio files (e.g., MP3 or WAV). No physical media (CDs, vinyl) are provided.

Custom & Digital Product Disclaimer

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, our songs are created based on the specific creative interpretation of our artists using the information you provide. By purchasing, you acknowledge that creative output is subjective.

Order Process & Delivery Time

Order Entry: You are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, stories).
Timeline: Standard delivery is typically within 3–7 business days, unless an expedited "Rush" option is purchased.
Delivery: Songs are delivered via email or a secure download link.

Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your song. We offer one (1) round of minor lyrical or factual revisions (e.g., mispronounced names or incorrect dates) at no extra charge. Major structural changes or re-recording in a different style may incur additional fees.

Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of or exclusive of sales tax/VAT depending on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.

Refunds & Chargebacks Policy

Because each song is custom-made and cannot be resold, all sales are final.

Refunds: Only issued if the song has not yet entered production or if we fail to deliver the product.
Chargebacks: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and may result in the permanent deletion of your digital files and blacklisting from future service.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights: Sing It For You and its artists retain the underlying copyright to the musical composition and recording.
Your Rights: Upon full payment, you are granted a Personal Use License. You may share the song on social media, play it at private events, and keep it forever. You may not sell the song, use it in commercial advertisements, or claim authorship without a separate commercial license.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to submit prompts that are defamatory, hateful, or infringe on third-party intellectual property (e.g., requesting we use copyrighted lyrics or melodies from famous artists).

Limitation of Liability

Sing It For You is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOOFIXERS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel any order or terminate access to our service if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
